About Rev. Charles & Ximena Dean Charles is a ’77 & ’94 Rhema graduate. He is serving on the field in Arequipa, Peru, with his wife Ximena, where he has been for more than 11 years.  Presently he is in the midst of his third trip to Arequipa, Peru, where he has been serving since September of 2000. He started off serving in one church working with leaders and volunteers, training and equipping them to serve better in the church in the helps ministry. For more than four years now he and Ximena have been independent in the work they are doing, able now to be a blessing to more pastors and churches as a result of a monthly pastors’ breakfast they have been conducting for more than a year now. Their heart is to be a blessing to pastors as well as helping them, through seminars, conferences and special meetings, to develop and equip their people to do the work of the ministry more effectively and run with the pastor's vision! To be able to do this more effectively they are presently looking for property and a building to serve as their base of operation.
